Brackie Gaither


During his childhood, Brackie Gaither moved around to various small towns in Alabama and Florida. After graduating high school, he joined the Air Force where he served as a firefighter. He began his career in the industrial electrical field shortly after leaving the military and founded his own company in 1991. With 30 years of experience owning successful electrical companies, he continues to fulfill his goal of offering the best work in the industry.

Brackie has been married for 30 years and is proud to work with his two sons. In his free time, you can find him on the lake, working with his cattle, or playing his piano.



Doug Goens


Doug Goens grew up in Michigan before moving to Arizona when he was in high school. He moved to Kentucky in 1995 and began working in the industrial electrical field. After only two years in the field, he embarked on a new journey of entrepreneurialism by opening Power and Panel Concepts Inc.  As a seasoned business owner of 23 years, he has high standards of quality and work so he can exceed his customers expectations. 

He has four children and three grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family, traveling the country in his camper, and being an active member of his church.



Dougie Goens


Dougie Goens grew up in small town Kentucky and spent his summers working in the industrial electrical industry. After he graduated from high school, he joined the Air Force where he had a 10-year career serving his country. In 2016, along with Brackie and Doug, Dougie founded DEI with a mission to always perform the best work possible.

Dougie has been married to his high school sweetheart for 12 years and they have two boys together. He enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and in the great outdoors.



Lyndon Gaither


Lyndon Gaither grew up in rural Kentucky and spent his summers in high school working in the industrial electrical field. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and majored in Computer-Information Systems. As an undergraduate, he worked as a PLC programmer. He has a strong passion for industrial electrical work and always strives for DEI to be number one in the industry.

Lyndon married his wife in 2018 and they have a son together. He enjoys shooting guns, camping, and riding his Harley.
