This page is published by Designed Integrators for its two companies, Designed Electrical Integrators Inc. (DEI) and Designed Mechanical Integrators Inc. What we collect. Information you give us through this site (the application and quote forms), and, for employees, your name, mobile number, your consent to receive text messages with the date and how it was given, and any reply you send to our messages. Our text messages refer to your hours, pay items and time-off requests as recorded in the company's timekeeping platform.
How we use it. To respond to you, to run the company's timekeeping and payroll, and to send employees who have agreed to it the work-related text messages described under Terms below. We do not use your mobile number for marketing.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that run our website and transmit our text messages process your information only to do that for us.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or tell the office. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
How long we keep it. Your consent record is kept while you are employed and as long as needed to show that consent was given; timekeeping and payroll records are kept as the law requires.

Text messages to employees. Designed Electrical Integrators Inc. and Designed Mechanical Integrators Inc. each send work-related text messages to their own employees who have agreed to receive them: timecard reminders, weekly summaries of hours and pay items, approval notices for superintendents and project managers, and decisions on time-off requests. No marketing messages are sent. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of employment.
How you agree. By signing the company's Text Message Consent Form (in your new-hire paperwork, or sent to you by the office). When your number is added you receive one confirmation text. Only numbers with a signed consent are messaged.

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to sign up again. For help: reply HELP to any message, call the office at (859) 548-3676, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern, or email accounting@deintegrators.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This website. The content of this site is Designed Integrators' and is provided as is; quotes and applications submitted through it are requests, not agreements. We may update this page; the current version is always at this address.
